The Repeat Audit
The week you keep repeating.
Every business carries work that costs real money and that nobody enjoys doing. Tell us what yours is. We will put a number on it, say what the technology can take off you, and say plainly what it cannot.
Free. No card or account. Four questions about the work, followed by your sector and email.
Every figure comes from what you type here, multiplied out. Nothing is assumed about your business, and anything we cannot ground in your own words is left off.
How this works
Nine things, and a list of what it will not pretend to do.
The technology reliably does nine things to a piece of work. Everything this audit proposes is one of them.
- Reads it off a document, form or message
- Sorts it into the right pile
- Drafts it from a template and a record
- Compares two lists and shows where they disagree
- Writes down what was said against a record
- Cuts it down to what one decision needs
- Sends the follow-up nobody has time to send
- Fills the form from a record that has the answers
- Checks against a rule and flags what fails
It does not recruit anybody, make a supplier answer the phone, create capacity, or take a decision that needs somebody senior in the room. If the work you describe is one of those, the audit says so rather than dressing it up as the nearest thing it can do.
Every removal keeps a decision with a person, and says which one. Anything that cannot name one is left out.
